This DIY project is truly ambitious in scale and exceptional in execution.  Utilising two distinct and beautiful views – one facing a stunning pool, the other perched above the tree tops – our Titanium ASA Arabica board blends seamlessly into the surrounding areas of Sydney’s Northern Beaches..
The client ticks all the boxes structurally – breaker boards, clean cuts in/around the pool coping and a functional stair section using matching fascias. Aesthetically, the choice of colour expertly harmonises the grey back wall, wooden handrails and brick facade with the lush green surroundings.
The real skill in this project is what lies beneath. The client carried out a full replacement of the entire frame, replacing joists and bearers 6m above the ground to achieve this elevated balcony whilst adjusting other parts of the deck to accommodate for outdoor furniture and pot plans. An incredible testament to what is possible with planning, research and patience.
