Composite Decking Buddina | Case Study

When Soden Construction took on this stunning waterfront property in Buddina, the brief was clear — create an outdoor living space worthy of its location. The team rebuilt the pool and redesigned the entire backyard from the ground up, delivering a cohesive, low-maintenance retreat that complements the natural beauty of the waterfront setting.

NextGen Titanium in Silver Grey was the natural choice for this project. Its premium capped composite construction resists moisture, salt air, and UV exposure — exactly what a waterfront environment demands. The clean, contemporary tone of Silver Grey ties the space together without competing with the surrounding landscape.

A complete backyard transformation that’s built to last. From the pool surrounds to the wider entertaining areas, every surface was finished with NextGen Titanium — giving the homeowners a space that looks exceptional and holds up to the elements year-round.
