Please review our Sping Sale 2026 Terms and Conditions carefully. Acceptance of a quote or invoice issued by Brite Decking Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below. These conditions apply to all estimates, invoices, and product sales.
This Spring Sale offer is valid for new invoices issued between Monday, 17 August 2026 and Monday, 7 September 2026, unless sold out earlier. Brite Decking reserves the right to extend the promotional period at its discretion.
This offer is not applicable to existing invoices, previous purchases, pending unpaid invoices, or quotes/invoices issued before the offer period.
The offer applies only to selected Spring Sale products and clearance stock advertised or nominated by Brite Decking. Discounts may vary by product, colour, length and location. Product availability may also vary by state and warehouse.
All Spring Sale items are subject to stock availability and are available only while stocks last. Stock levels may change quickly and items cannot be reserved without full payment.
Spring Sale pricing applies only to invoices paid in full within the payment terms specified by Brite Decking. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled or repriced once the promotional period or applicable payment deadline has passed.
Spring Sale stock is available from the relevant state warehouse where the promotional stock is held. Stock transfers between warehouses are not included as part of the offer and may not be available.
Spring Sale pricing applies only to eligible stock available during the promotion. Backordered items, future stock arrivals or replacement stock are not eligible unless specifically approved by Brite Decking in writing.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, special pricing, trade discount or offer unless approved by Brite Decking in writing.
Brite Decking’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, delivery terms, returns policy and applicable product warranty conditions continue to apply.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
